What was the highlight of Starhotels Terminus Napoli
Quick walk from the Napoli train station
Amazing location, right across from the Napoli Train station. Mostly a clean location, there was some questionable things in the sheets but overall a clean hotel. Convenient for the purpose of our stay. Make sure you go up to the 7th floor for the rooftop. Great views! It was a little tricky to find our way up but worth it for this view point! Also there’s a great little pizza shop around the corner!
Room was a bit small. 3 of us sleeping here and it was very tight space. But we only slept here, spent the days exploring, so it’s fine for the purpose of our trip. Front desk staff called the room at 10:30pm when we were about to sleep, to ask us to come down to rescan a passport we had already given them.

Probably the best hotel near terminus. Might consider other hotels that
Front desk is nice and helpful. Very good location, just few steps from terminus, metro and bus stops. A nice Chinese restaurant nearby. The inner room is absolute isolated from noise outside.
Not sound proofing at all. If you are facing the street, you can hear the traffic outside and is very busy all days and nights with horning. Can hear the moves of other rooms. But after all, the traffic is so busy in whole Naples, it’s probably too difficult to seek for a quiet room.

Mum and son trip
The hotel was in an excellent location adjacent to the main train station and metro station. It was easy to walk into the old town and get tours from the hotel. The room was large, comfortable and the shower was very powerful. There was a kettle and mini fridge. Our room had a big balcony allowing us to observe the manic traffic! The bed was really comfortable with a choice of pillows and the air con worked we.
The breakfast was OK but a lot of money for what you got. Plenty of it though. There was nothing wrong with the room and we were able to leave our bags on the day of check in /checkout.
